Machine features:

• A newly developed spiral disc cooling and shaping machine with short length and good cooling effect

• After removing the last, the temperature inside the shoe and at the bottom of the last reaches within 30-35 ℃, so the shaping effect is good and does not deform for a long time

• The cooling time can reach 10-15 minutes, which can make the shoes reach a state where both inside and outside are cold, and the shaping effect of the shoes is particularly good

• Suitable for lean production, saving length and achieving excellent cooling and shaping effects in minimal space

• This machine uses a special reflux air-cooled cycle, which ensures that the cold air does not leak out, thus achieving excellent energy-saving effects
